Anticipated Completion Summer 2023
Since Daniel Hall's construction, enrollment has increased from 6,700 students to approximately 25,000 and is projected to grow another 20% over the next ten years. This project is to renovate 68,000 square feet of Daniel Hall and expand the facility by approximately 60,000 square feet. The work will include upgrading the HVAC and fire protection systems, improving accessibility, and other necessary improvements. The expansion will include construction of new classrooms, a new 220- seat auditorium, and informal learning spaces.

Tree Management Plan
This project requires limited removal of trees to allow for building construction. Tree protection procedures are in place to preserve trees identified to be protected during the construction process. A complete planting plan is included in the design.
