Construction & Renovation
Responsible for small scale construction and renovation projects.
Custodial & Recycling Services
Provides cleaning services in and around academic and administrative buildings, while also managing Clemson's recycling program.
Manages landscaping, irrigation systems, heavy equipment and ice/snow removal.
Handles maintenance of university infrastructure.
University Planning & Design
Steward of the university's campus and preservation master plans, publishes new A/E Selections, and studies space planning of both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Provides administrative and IT support to Clemson University Facilities.
Responsible for electrical, water, waste water and HVAC services.
