The mission of Support Services is to provide administrative support to the core areas of University Facilities. The Support Center is our primary point of contact with our customers, responding to their requests with the timely dispatch of maintenance teams to their respective areas. The Business Office handles day-to-day financial matters. Our Facilities Information Technology and Services group provides local helpdesk support, software development and system administration. Fleet, Asset & Inventory Management provides materials for all campus and maintenance staff to complete work in the field. This area also oversees the organization's entire fleet, along with other assets such as furnishings for residential facilities.
Our Safety program provides staff with essential on-the-job best practices, and we also manage training requests with career guidance for Facilities employees.
