Committee Corrective Action Items
The DEI Committee has been analyzing the enormous amount of information that was received via the survey conducted over the summer. As we begin the arduous task of shifting our culture to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion within our own units the committee will be generating corrective actions as a roadmap. This roadmap will help ensure that we not only show progress in our efforts to the whole group, but your feedback will help ensure we continue on correct trajectory.
