Chilled Water System Upgrades
The general scope of work includes the following:
- Remove three existing chillers
- Install three new 275-ton York Mag Bearing chillers with variable speed drives
- Retrofit three existing condenser water pumps with new variable speed drives
- Install three new chilled water flow sensors, one per chiller
- Install new JACE for Optimum Energy OptimumEDGE supervisory system
