Lab Upgrades
The general scope of work includes the following:
- Fume Hood Controls for Wet Labs
- VAV supply air valve(s)
- VAV general exhaust valve(s)
- Off-set tracking type room pressure controller
- Room occupancy sensor(s)
- Existing thermostats will remain and will be used to control re-heat boxes for space temperature control
