The mission of Support Services is to provide administrative support to the core areas of University Facilities. The Business Office handles day-to-day financial matters. Our Facilities Information Technology and Services group provides local helpdesk support, software development and system administration. The Maintenance Stores team provides materials for all campus maintenance staff to complete work in the field and oversees the organization's entire fleet. Our Safety program provides staff with essential on-the-job best practices, and we also manage training requests with career guidance for Facilities employees. Finally, the Space Management program keeps track of campus building spaces to aid with space planning.
