Support Services works with our maintenance and custodial areas supporting their needs for easily obtainable, regularly used materials. Our Fleet, Asset & Inventory Management team keeps pace by managing a fully stocked warehouse of various types of equipment and supplies. Our customers aren't just our own people, either--if your department needs a part or a tool that you'd otherwise head to a hardware store for, we may have what you're looking for.
Procurement, Receiving and Tool Checkout
Our buyers work together to purchase regularly stocked, catalog items as well as direct orders to address special requests. Stocked items can be purchased by anyone on campus. All you need to shop is a 23-digit account number.
The warehouse team of Fleet, Asset & Inventory Management receive shipments for warehouse stock as well as direct purchases for Facilities staff. If you place a requisition, we will notify you when it arrives. All packages must be signed for, so please bring your employee ID when picking up.

Company Apparel
University Facilities has partnered with LIZard Apparel and Promotions to provide staff a way to purchase company branded clothing. Store Hours and Campus Location
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-12 p.m.; 12:30 p.m.-4 p.m. (closed 12:00-12:30 p.m.) We're located between Fike Recreation Center and the main University Facilities building, with temporary parking for customers.
