Capital construction and campus renovations can necessitate the need for the removal of existing trees on campus. These projects have dedicated Tree Management Plans which can often be found in the Active Construction section of our site.

The following removals and replantings are related to the future construction of the Student Health Center.
Theta Kappa Removal
A number of trees located within the R-4 Theta Kappa will be removed in preparing the site for the future construction of the new Student Health Center.
C-1 Parking Lot
A number of trees located within Lot C-1 will be removed in preparing the site for the future construction of the new Student Health Center.
A number of trees will be removed during the construction of the E-9 lot expansion as part of the Fueling Station Relocation project. The project will coordinate with Landscape Services on a replanting plan. Please see the project's Tree Management Plan for additional information.
