Internal Internships
The Internal Internship Program has been created to provide opportunities for employee development, internal retention, and recruitment opportunities for entry-level trades and skilled positions. The goal of this program is to give University Facilities employees a chance to learn new skills and earn the required minimum experience to qualify for entry-level trades and multi-skilled positions—creating a pipeline of internal talent for those positions when they become available.
