Support Services

Serving all departments within the organization, Facilities Information & Technology Services provides end-user support for computing technology and software, maintains the computerized maintenance management system (AiM), and designs applications that address the specific needs of University Facilities. FITS also assists users from other departments that need help with accessing and using IT resources that University Facilities is responsible for. Furthermore, we serve in an advisory capacity for procurement decisions related to information technology.
