Support Services

Support Services works closely with our maintenance and custodial teams to provide easy access to commonly used materials. Our Fleet, Asset & Inventory Management team maintains a fully stocked warehouse with a wide range of equipment and supplies. Our services extend beyond Facilities staff—if your department needs a part or tool you might otherwise purchase at a hardware store, we may already have what you’re looking for.

Procurement, Receiving, and Tool Checkout

Our buyers coordinate the purchase of both regularly stocked catalog items and special-order materials to meet specific needs. Stocked items are available for purchase by anyone on campus. To make a purchase, you will need a 23-digit account number .

The warehouse team receives shipments for both stocked inventory and direct purchases for Facilities staff. If you place a requisition, you will be notified when your order arrives. All packages must be signed for, so please bring your employee ID when picking up your items.

Tools and equipment are available for Facilities personnel. Need a drill or drop cord? Contact our Tool Room manager.

Company Apparel

University Facilities has partnered with LIZard Apparel and Promotions to offer staff a convenient way to purchase company-branded clothing. Visit our online storefront to browse a wide selection of woven shirts, polos, pullovers, jackets, and sweaters.

Store Hours and Campus Location

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday:

• 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The store is closed daily from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m..
