Residential Maintenance

Residential Maintenance supports the needs of students and stakeholders within University Housing and Dining facilities. Our dedicated staff responds to maintenance requests 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, whether we are on campus or on-call. 9 different shops within Residential Maintenance are tasked with handling maintenance requests for all Housing & Dining facilities, along with several other specific areas.

Facilities Maintenance is responsible for non-Housing related areas such as classrooms, office spaces and research labs.

If you have a question or issue related to a residence hall or dining facility, please use our on-line service request form to ensure the fastest response time. You can also report issues by phone to our Dispatch team at (864) 656-5450, available 7:30 am to midnight Monday through Friday and 7:30 am until 4:00 pm on weekends.
