The Internal Internship Program has been created to provide opportunities for employee development, internal-retention, and recruitment opportunities for entry-level trades and skilled positions. The goal for this program is to provide University Facilities employees with an opportunity to learn new skills and earn the required minimum experience to be qualified for entry-level trades and multi-skilled positions, creating a pipeline of internal talent for those positions when they become available.
