Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships play a significant part in developing the next generation of practitioners of a trade or profession with on-the-job training and accompanying study (classroom work and reading). Related work is structured and supervised by peers within the same department who are classified as mentors and qualified in one's selected field. Participants are officially recognized as apprentices in the State of South Carolina and the Department of Labor. For more information, please contact our Workforce Development representative.
